- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Sesame seeds for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, green onions, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
Season the ahi tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the tuna steaks to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. You want the tuna to be seared on the outside but still pink in the middle.
Remove the tuna steaks from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
Drizzle the spicy sauce over the tuna steaks and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
